Chairman of Cricket Council USA (CCUSA) Mahammad Qureshi will be the chief guest at the upcoming Cricket Hall of Fame Induction ceremony that will take place at the Hilton Hotel in JFK Airport, Jamaica on October 6.

The Pakistani-born businessman is well respected in cricket circles in the USA and continues to assist in everything that is cricket related. Speaking about the upcoming ceremony he said : “I am happy that another year has come and the good guys at the Cricket Hall of Fame will be inducting a number of special again.” Heading the list of the inductees will be the president of  Cricket West Indies (CWI) Dave Cameron. Qureshi was high in praise of the Jamaican businessman saying :”Dave has done a lot for cricket at his young age and he continues to serve well. He has come through some difficult times in the West Indies and is still standing strong. I have looked on from afar at his contribution and I admire the role he is playing in turning around West Indies cricket.
